For Authors
The Black Sea Journal of Engineering and Transport accepts for review and publication only manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not under consideration elsewhere. Submission must be approved by all authors and, implicitly or explicitly, by the responsible authorities where the work was conducted.
Authors are responsible for the content of their work, as well as for the accuracy of the presented results, their interpretation, and conclusions. Authors must ensure that they have permission from all involved parties to make the results publicly available.
All authors must guarantee that their articles adhere to ethical standards and COPE guidelines. All manuscripts are carefully checked for plagiarism. In cases of detected plagiarism in a published article, the article will be removed from the journal’s database, and the author’s institution will be informed. Manuscripts showing clear signs of plagiarism are automatically rejected.
When artificial intelligence (AI) is used to create or assist in manuscript preparation, this must be explicitly stated. Text generated by AI should be italicized and marked as AI-generated. Failure to indicate such content, or inclusion of fabricated references, will result in automatic rejection or removal of the publication, and notification of the author’s institution.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet scientific quality standards, fall outside the journal’s scope, or do not adhere to submission guidelines.
